The theme created by the Suijiang Golden Sands Water Floating Park is "Happy Valley in the River, Carnival on the Water". Its main characteristics are summarized as nine words "Floating on the Water, Flying in the Sky, Tourism in the River", which is unique in my country's water tourism.

The construction site of the floating water park is located on the Jinsha River in the People’s Square in Suijiang County. The water pattern is very complicated. Due to the establishment of the Jinsha River Hydropower Station, the water depth on the site reached 300 meters. At the same time, the water flow was rapid and the water level drop was 10 meters high. Under such difficult construction conditions, Shanghai Qihua takes "high quality, high standard and high efficiency" as its tenet, in the process of project construction, it faces up to difficulties, dares to innovate, give full play to the spirit of craftsman, based on the solid and rich construction technology and management experience, eventually completed the Jinsha Water Floating Park project at Suijiang  within the time limit agreed by the contract, and won the Suijiang County Government's award, which vigorously promoted the development of Suijiang County's tourism economy!

The main part of the paradise is a multi-functional floating building on the water. The number of pontoons used in it is currently the largest in the world. It is also the only one in the world that is built on the basis of a single pontoon (500*500*400mm). Regular arc-shaped large-scale floating amusement park on water.
